"I have been with State Farm for over 30 years—starting when Kim’s dad was the agent, and then continuing with Joe and his assistant Kim. Unfortunately, over time, their responsiveness declined significantly. Despite multiple attempts to reach out as a long-time loyal customer, I was met with silence. I even told Joe that if I didn’t get a reply, I’d have no choice but to find a new agent. Sadly, the lack of response seemed to confirm they no longer valued my business. I’m now with a new State Farm agent, and the difference is night and day. He’s been incredibly attentive and responsive—something I didn’t realize I was missing until now. "No loyalty! I have been insured through Joe Lankau’s branch for 10+ years. Never had issues always paid on time, even went from 1 car to 4 vehicles and home. In the last 2 years my wife had 2 accidents which they paid just under $10k combined for and then deemed us uninsurable so dropped us. We have paid more than $14k in monthly bills in just the last 4 years we’ve added our Tahoe, so a lot more in the 10 years I’ve been paying, no other accidents or tickets and we get dropped. No explanation besides “due to my wife’s 2 accidents”. Makes you feel as a client that they basically took my money and ran. I won’t knock on customer service because they have always been great. Very nice and got you answers and quick to respond, but don’t get in an accident in which you pay a company to cover those accidents is apparently the lesson. Thanks State Farm"
